India plans to hit EV growth to establish cleaner environment

India is the fifth largest car market all over the world, and with continuous rapid growth, it can become to top second/three in the future, with about 40 crore customers in need of move from one place to another, the solution may be EV. However, the demand increase of automobile customers should not point to an increase in the consumption of conventional fuels.

With the drastically increase in petrol and diesel fuel prices, the Indian government is frequently pushing for the innovation of Electric Vehicles (EV), which will encourage in cleaner environment and decrease in India's oil import bills in the few year's.

Newly, there is a growing concord among automotive professionals and the public similar that the future of vehicles is electric, and India’s recent deal with Australia to inception critical minerals which will help its boosting to produce electric vehicles.

India is one of the nation among a few of the countries that will support for the global EV30@30campaign, who has an agenda for at least 30 percent of new vehicle sales (export too) to be electric by 2030. India’s supporting of five elements (favorable surrounding) for climate change -- "Panchamrit" -- at the ( COP26 in Glasgow) is carried out.

Various ideas and technology were adopted by India at the Glasgow summit, such as renewable energy catering to 50 percent of India’s energy needs, by decreasing carbon emission by 1 billion tones by 2030 and achieving agenda net-zero by 2070.

  2. As India is developing country, the Carbon-footprint ratio is growing, so EV will play an important role to reduce it.
